Meet Natalie

Natalie Bradshaw is a sought after specialist on communication, business, and personal development.

She previously served as the Chief People Office for Horrocks Engineers, helping to transition from a family-run ethos to a mature corporate structure under its third generation of leadership. In this role, she oversaw all aspects of HR, Corporate Communications, Safety, and ESG. She also quarterbacked M&A communication rollouts, as well as HR due-diligence and integration.

Prior to joining the AEC Industry, she came from a diverse career path. After acting in over 3,000 performances on Broadway, she pursued graduate school to study the neural substrates of cognitive-communication. As a clinical scientist, she has been published in national and international journals and has practiced in top medical institutions specializing in brain injury and polytrauma. As a consultant, she began her career in New York City where she worked with Wall Street executives and corporate leaders. At Full Cadence, she empowers design professionals, organizations, and leadership teams to reach their full potential.
